NASA
Confirms Solar Storm Coming in 2012
Not just any
solar storm, but a massive one at coming at the
solar maximum. If Mausumi Dikpati of the National Center for
Atmospheric
Reseach is correct, the solar maximum they already know is coming in
2012 “could
produce a burst of solar activity second only to the historic Solar Max
of 1958”.
Right now that
may sound a bit far fetched because we are
only in the solar minimum. In 2008, the sunspots had just about
vanished. Solar
flares were like nonexistent. The sun is utterly still as a mouse.
NASA officials know that this
is like …
“The quiet before the storm.”

So what’s up with
the solar maximum way back in 1958? First
of all the Space Age was still in the incubation stage, a newborn who
had just
learned to leave the ground. In October 1957, Russia’s Sputnik was
launched,
followed in January 1958 with the US satellite, Explorer 1. Now before
you breathe
a sigh of relief because this has happened before, you need to
understand the
world was completely different way back in the 50’s.
There weren’t any cell phones
and digital communication
equipment to shut down and disconnect the entire world. The solar storm
coming
in 2012 will effect or even destroy cell phones, GPS and all manner of
satellites
along with many other modern technologies our lives depend on today.
According
to NASA, back in 1958 the only effect society as a whole felt from the
intense
solar storm was fascinatingly beautiful Northern Lights of great
intensity.
People in Mexico never see Northern Lights, but they had a front row
seat
several times in 1958.
However,
they may have overlooked
something extremely alarming.
Bear
in mind that events from the solar system affect things
like the weather and earthquakes here on Earth. In July of 1958, the
tallest
known tsunami wave roared ashore in Lituya Bay, Alaska. This megatsunami
occurred at 10:29
p.m. on the 9th of the month, clearly visible in
lengthy daylight hours
of summer. Measuring in at the horrific height of 524 meters (1,720
feet), the
incredible power the ocean is capable of creating stood a terrifying
470 feet higher
than the Empire State Building.
“It has been
known in scientific
literature that waves with significant energy are produced by different
mechanisms associated with large earthquakes in regions of subduction,
to landslides,
to large masses of water added suddenly to a body of water, and to
volcanic and
nuclear explosions. How this giant 1958 wave, that reached a maximum of
1,720ft, was generated remains a mystery to scientists to this day.
However,
they have come up with a combination of disturbances that could have
triggered
this mega tsunami.”

There’s
a lot more to worry about from solar storms than technology.
The super solar
storms produced at high impact solar maximums can toss a variety of
disastrous
effects at our planet. It could produce things far more damaging than
loosing
cell phone connectivity and getting lost because GPS went out. Like
plasma
storms, magnetic storms and bone chilling cold met in the face of no
electricity whatsoever to create heat. Without electricity, and face it
our
power grids are not built to withstand this kind of natural element …
Without
electricity, we would quickly have no fuel, no light or warmth and soon
not be
able to purchase so much as a bottle of water or a half rotten apple.
Electricity is behind everything that we do or receive in the world
today. How
are you going to get by without electricity for an extend period of
time? You
need a well
rounded survival guide that covers all situations.
From
NASA we learn that the 2012 Solar Maximum is not expected to be light.
Solar physicist
David Hathaway of the National Space science
& Technology Center (NSSTC) explains: “First,
remember what sunspots are–tangled knots of magnetism generated by the
sun’s
inner dynamo. A typical sunspot exists for just a few weeks. Then it
decays,
leaving behind a ‘corpse’ of weak magnetic fields.
“All
this happens with massive slowness. “It takes about 40 years for the
belt to
complete one loop,” says Hathaway. The speed varies “anywhere from a
50-year
pace (slow) to a 30-year pace (fast)… Old magnetic fields swept up then
should
re-appear as big sunspots in 2010-2011.”
Experts
in the field, Hathaway and Dikpati are in agreement that the next solar
maximum
is going to be a real doozy. The point where they aren’t in agreement
about the
looming solar storm is when it will hit Dikpati’s predicts it neatly in
accordance with all the other thought to be coming catastrophes in
2012. David
Hathaway doesn’t think the ramifications will hold off that long. He is
convinced the Solar Maximum will arrive far sooner, in 2010 or 2011.
This would
concur with the Web Bot’s prediction of coming natural catastrophes.”
So
which one of these solar
scientists are right?
To quote the
official at NASA: “Time will tell. Either way,
a storm is coming.” They are expecting it to be as powerful as the one
the
solar maximum produced in 1958. It might not be quite that intense.
Then again,
it could be even more action packed and create another first in the
known
history of planet Earth.
So science is not in total
opposition of the predictions and
prophecies we are getting from many other sources on a global basis
that links
all cultures of humanity to one conclusion. How are you going to
prepare for
what is coming? The best place to start is by learning everything you
can and
doing so quickly. If you don’t know what’s coming, how will you be
equipped to
prepare to meet the future? You can’t get a head start on the most
common sense
approach to everything this once in an age phenomenon entails from the
comprehensive guide
to surviving 2012 books.
You
cannot deny it anymore.
The mounting evidence is
overwhelming ... 2012 is
coming.
